40 Days Sugar-free

Day 1:  I am still feeling the effects of the buckets of nutella, m & m's, chocolate chips with pancakes, smarties, cookies, brownies, ok so much more I'm a little sheepish in my admission that this was yesterday's palatable fare.

So today was my first day without.  Without any decadent gooey, yummier than anything SUGAR.  So far I feel little, beyond the headache, the crankiness and the craving to make it go away.  A wise person would drink water.  I'm just gonna whine.

That's all.  Day 1 complete!!

.. feel I should add the disclaimer, without sugar as an option, I seem to be choosing actual "food" instead of cookies, chocolate and muffins.

I decided to start my brand new blog with a post on Wholly Guacamole as I was excited to buy it on sale at Loblaws yesterday.

Pros:
Made from pure and real ingredients
No sugar!!
Real chunks of Avocado in each bite

Cons:
More bland than other brands
A bit salty
Comes in a sealed plastic bag. (I prefer a container for ease of portions and just eating it straight with a spoon. :D )

I tried the original guacamole and I appreciated the freshness of this product.  I would definitely purchase this guacamole again.  www.eatwholly.com
